Our Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your poster, you have 7 days to send it back to us for an exchange. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on framed posters. Each frame is custom made and therefore cannot be refunded.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your poster must be unused and in perfect condition. It must also be in the original tube and packaging. If your poster is torn, stained, or creased, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a copy of your receipt be included in the tube.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Since we can't guarantee that your poster will make it back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Depending on where you live, the time that it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
